Cannellini Bean Dip: A Quick Healthy Snack

Cannellini Bean Dip

Ready for a simple, tasty dip recipe that’s great for snacking? Just follow the easy recipe below.

Ingredients

        •       480ml (2 cups) cooked cannellini beans
        •       60ml (¼ cup) chopped fresh dill, plus a little extra for garnish
        •       45ml (3 tablespoons) extra virgin olive oil
        •       60ml (¼ cup) tahini
        •       45ml (3 tablespoons) lemon juice
        •       5ml (1 teaspoon) sea salt
        •       2 garlic cloves, minced
        •       480ml (2 cups) radishes, cut in halves
        •       480ml (2 cups) green beans, ends trimmed, or your choice of veggies for dipping

Just put the cannellini beans, dill, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, sea salt, and garlic into a food processor and blend until it’s smooth. Serve it with the veggies for a healthy and delicious snack. Enjoy!
