Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. It’s more low-key than Christmas and it marks the beginning of the Eating Holidays! From mashed potatoes to pecan pie, I cannot wait to eat EVERYTHING on the table!

We’ve talked about LED Light Therapy here on the Blog and over on my Channel a few times in the past. In that time, I’ve used a few different LED devices - Nuface’s Wrinkle Reducer attachment , Lightstim’s handheld option, and a f ace mask from Project E. While I saw some improvement from these gadgets with continued use over many months, none of them seemed life-changing, which kept me searching for a better option.
